I provides both counseling and life coaching services. I believe that everyone has personal strengths, that when discovered, can improve their lives. I am dedicated to helping people make positive changes that lead to life fulfillment and satisfaction. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a nationally Certified Domestic Violence Counselor (CDVC), I form a therapeutic partnership with my clients to help them cope with emotional issues, stressful situations and life transitions. Also, I am a Certified Life Coach (CLC), I knows that many people want to get more out of their lives and a helping hand makes it easier. I keep coaching clients focused on an action plan that details the steps they need to take to reach their goals. I have been working in the human services field for over 15 years working with at-risk families,addictions, mental health,domestic violence,criminal justice, women, child and adolescents populations. In addition, I am an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice and Mental Health Counseling.
