My Expert Service
|
|
In my coaching practice I strive to help clients identify through their own needs, wants and desires ways they can live their best lives. This can be done through a combination options from coaching to training to educations and often resulting in a better work life balance.
As a trainer with the Georgia Healthy Family Initiative, I am certified to educate couples and single women on the benefits of healthy marriages to families and the community. This is achieved by celebrating the positive benefits of marriage, teaching conflict management, improved communication and providing information on outside resources for families in the communities.
I write curriculum and produce trainings on subjects including love and relationships, self esteem, leadership, dating, and seeking joy. I also host relationship roundtables, which are safe, exciting, healthy parties where men and women get opportunities to talk to with each other about relationships. These relationship roundtables are good ways to also meet people of the opposite sex, build social skills, and just plain have fun in a no pressure environment!

Experience & Qualifications

|
I have been certified as a coach through Fowler Wainwright International since March 2010 and have several clients that I currently work with meeting their goals.
I am the relationship consultant for the Coalition on Positive Health Empowerment (C.O.P.E) and have facilitated training in conjunction with C.O.P.E for Gay Men of African Descent (GMAD), SMART University and SMART Youth to help these populations affected by HIV/AIDS. These trainings helped clients to understand the importance of Love and Relationships in spite of these challenges.
I am a consultant with a faith based company called the Corporate Vine which produces curriculum and training for companies including the Centers for Disease Control and the United States Navy. I also volunteer with Kidz4Money teaching leadership skills to children in underserved areas.
I am Masters Degree Eligible upon the completion of counseling internship in Oct 2012. My master’s degree is in community counseling with a concentration in marriage and family therapy.
