I spent two years as a school psychologist working in a special education preschool. I worked closely with Autistic children, multiply handicapped, those with Down's Syndrome, learning delays, behavioral problems as well as attention problems.
I know how difficult it is being told your child has Autism or some other type of developmental delay. I am here to answer any questions you may have to not only help you better understand what your child is going through but to make it easier for you and your family in coping. I am currently working with children outside a school, I help first time parents learn disciplining, teaching their child some new task, and help ease their fears charting unknown territory for them and I can do the same for you.
I also conducted the evaluations for students to determine eligiblity for services, so if you have any questions about that process I can help you with that as well.

Experience & Qualifications

I worked 2 years as a school psychologist in a special education preschool working with Autistic children and other developmental delays. Not only did I work one-on-one with these children I worked with them in small groups as well. I was a play therapist and conducted the evaluations on the children to help them qualify for services through their school districts. I am familar with the Stanford-Binet, the Bayley Scales, and the Vineland.
