I have a background in electronics, and moved to Information Technology after writing an application to aid in the design of speaker systems, since then I have been involved in the development of Financial Systems, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Systems, Job Costing /Fixed Assets systems, and Inventory Systems as both a COBOL Programmer and a Visual Basic Programmer. I have also contributed to the development of a Database Application for the Burns unit at the Royal Children's Hospital Brisbane and several dynamically updated Web sites for Insurance and Bankruptcy Management Clients, Business objects for a Marketing Company, and recently, an Inventory/Accounts Payable application for an Advertising Resource company and a General Ledger Interface for LXM's Financial Case Manager application, a Web site for a Funeral Directors and two Desk top Database applications for clients in Hervey Bay. I have recently spent 6 monmths in Canberra working for the ATO, developing Intranet Applications. I am currently developing a web application for East Point properties, a real estate investment company of which I am a shareholder.
