Facilitation,Consulting are charged based on the
consultants providing assistance as follows
Senior Directors-$4,600 / day Director $3,600/day
Principal-$2,600/day Senior Managers-$1,200/day
Specialist-$1900/day Documentor -$800/day
Travel time outside San Diego is charged at $125/hour plus
round-trip scheduled flight time.
A one-day facilitation assignment requires a half-day
preparation, includes meeting with project sponser to plan
the session and additional time to review materials,
prepare questions,ect..Therefore one day of facilitations
takes half-day of planning and preparations.Corporations is
typically billed, for a total of $2,700 depending on the
level of the Facilitator requested.
