23 years experience. Certified Asbestos Building Inspector and Lead Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor. AHERA Asbestos Management Planning and abatement project design and specification in schools. AIHA Assessment of Microbiological Contaminants Indoors and OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response training. Proficient in NIOSH Method 582 fiber counting analyses for airborne asbestos fibers. I have conducted numerous indoor air quality/mold and moisture intrusion investigations, including testing for radon and other indoor contaminants from clients ranging from large insurance companies, hospitals and other institutions to individual homeowners on limited budgets.
