Experience & Qualifications

I have 14 years retail management experience in large multi-national organisations such as Tesco, J Sainsbury's and Asda / Wal Mart.
Within that I have 11 years HR experience in the areas of Change Implementation, Recruitment, Generalist, Training, Operations and Personnel Coaching based across Stores, Regional Office, Head Office and Distribution Leadership.
My coach training has been undertaken with The Coaching Academy, which is Europes largest coach training provider. I have undertaken training in the following Diplomas:
- Personal Performance
- Corporate and Executive
- Small Business
- Youth Impact
- NLP Practioner
- Advanced Coaching
- Licensed Trainer
I have also undertaken a 13 day coach training programme with Tesco covering Buisness Diagnostics, Workshop delivery and Change Delivery amongst other training.
I continue to grow, learn and develop my myself through reading and attending programmes such as the Anthony Robbins Wealth Mastert and Unleash the Power Within.
I am passionate about helping people to do what they love, trust and believe in themselves and their take action towards releasing their true capability and desire to achieve greatness for themselves and others.
