I am an Interior Designer and Artist. Most importantly I am the mother of a 16 year old born with extensive food allergies, many of them lethal. By my child's first birthday we found that he was anaphylactically allergic to dairy,egg,nut,seafood. The rest of his food allergies were to chicken,fish,soy,beef,bean and peas. Sounds like an impossible person to feed huh...LOL! Well I was determined not only to feed him but I wanted him to have a real palet. I did my research and got started. With very little to work with I actually fed him delicious food. As the years passed he became tolerant to more and more foods. At 16 he still can not ingest dairy,egg,nut or seafood,but can now ingest alot more foods. If you need help with recipies that the whole family and friends will enjoy,please contact me. I can also provide info on foods that can replace foods that people are allergic to and advice on preparation along with how to create lovely presentations for holidays and entertaining.
