Trust Enablement™ is concept is an innovative, generalized approach to assessing and designing conditions for organizational trust. This proprietary approach helps to reduce costs and enhance business value in a multitude of areas as diverse as corporate governance and supply chain management. It has broad applicability, similar to risk management, but its value to business is far greater. Whereas risk management is defensively minded and preservation oriented, Trust Enablement™ is offensive and growth oriented. Trust Enablement™ is a better approach for supporting the collaborative innovations required to compete in the 21st century.
We offer the following services that help our clients assess and design optimal conditions for trust with key stakeholders:
1. Secondary research on best practices for improving conditions for trust in specific business scenarios. Our research begins in our library of more than 2,000 reference documents, covering more than 300 trust-related topics. Our research provides you with insights into considerations and best practices for enhancing trust in your general area of interest.
2. Assessment of conditions for trust in your existing or planned business practices. We use our generalized Trust Enablement Framework to help you identify the state of your existing or proposed conditions for trust in any aspect of your business. It also highlights opportunities to further improve your conditions for trust.
3. The Trust Optimizer Program helps you to design optimal conditions for trust that satisfy your unique business requirements: a step-by-step process divided into distinct phases. In phase one, you participate in a one-on-one Starter Session to assess your current situation and set goals. When you've completed the session, you'll be ready to participate in The Trust Optimizer Program™. Working together in phase two, we help you develop strategies and a detailed plan. In phase three, we help you develop a team and implement your plan. You can also take advantage of The Trust Optimizer Toolbox, our full suite of tools and capabilities.
