Your support representative is chatting with a user. The user asks a how-to question. Instead of spending valuable time providing the answer, the support rep initiates a real-time Walk-Thru for the user, and can focus on helping additional customers. Meanwhile, the user completes the Walk-Thru, which is visible to your support rep in their admin console. This means that while assisting other customers, the rep can also see what step the user is on, and offer additional assistance as necessary.
