I am the Project Manager and technical architect of Wholesale Financing System developed for a large fortune 50 automobile manufacturer. I managed the entire delivery, starting from requirements gathering, technical design, application development and deployment. This windows based cum web-based system is the centralized contract management application and this application is to handle the entire spectrum of activities for Dealers and their loan processing. This system is being designed using .NET 1.1, ASP.NET 1.1, Windows Forms 1.1,Rational Rose, SQL Server 2005, BizTalk Server 2004 and k2.NET 2003.
In this project I am responsible the end to end delivery of the application apart from designing application architecture, system architecture. I manage a team of 25 members which includes 9 system analysts.

This web-based system is to handle the entire spectrum of activities of suppliers and their network. This is system is being built using VisualStudio.NET 2003,Oracle 9i, VSS, Rational XDE, NUnit, ,FxCop.
I am managing the development team along with technical design. Along with managing the team I am responsible for the architecture, technical design, development standards, and guidelines, checklist for ASP.NET and C #development, and defined processes, templates and checklists for project deliverables. Also I formulated the build process based on test driven development with extreme programming.
