I am an accredited Counsellor(BACP)in Humanistic Person-Centred Approach, advanced diploma in Eating Disorders Practitioner. Also hold MSc in Exercise & Health Behaviour, BSc in Physiology, Dip in Sports Psychology; as well as a qualified Reiki Healing II and EFT II Practitioner along side certificate in Tantric sex.

I have been offering Counseling for the last 17years. As an ED expert, I often work with couples who have drifted away, separated or even residual effect of divorce, or an affair having lost their sexual drive – whilst working with body image, sensuality and sexuality of both individuals as well as couples. For some it involves empowering them in such a way to make a fresh life with optimism and right skills to make a success 2nd time around; start new romance and get a fulfilling companionship at whatever age or stage.
I have recently written a therapeutic self-help book. Anxieties and worries over sexual relationship can be easily be demystified once self-awareness begins and self-respect promotes a wish for a healthier fulfilling partnership instead.
