As the CEO of Leadership Strategies Group he has worked with individuals to guide their personal development in ways that allow them to measurably obtain their life goals. Chris believes that our success depends largely on our ability to qualify our goals and then systematically take the steps necessary to achieve them. This includes understanding and addressing some of our internal / external hurdles that can prevent us from experience true success.
Member of the International Coaching Federation and has continued the development of his coaching skills in obtaining his CEC certification at the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching.
