I specialize in Post Natal Illness
I am based in the UK and my special area of interest and experience is what in the UK we call PNI - Post Natal Illness but is also known as PPD - postpartum mood disorder, PND – Post Natal depression. PNI also covers Puerperal Psychosis and the baby blues that can often affect women who have recently given birth even if this does not move onto a more lasting mood disorder.
I have been talking to women with Post Natal Illness for over 10 years and have built up considerable knowledge and expertise in this area.
Over the years I have acquired considerable knowledge in this area and have a desire to assist any women who is experiencing such distress

I worked as a Youth and Community professional for over 30 years both in inner city London for 16 years and for 14 in a rural area of the UK. I specialized in group therapy and individual counseling with young people up to the age of 25 with mental health and other personal and social issues.
One of my interests in this area was work with young mothers and parents and many were suffering from mood issues associated with pregnancy, birth and caring for young children.
I now have as my main focus running a UK charity ( PNI ORG UK) which aims to support women who suffer from Post Natal Illness (PPD, PND, PP etc)
