I’m a native Vietnamese speaker, living in Hanoi, Viet Nam and have been dealing with English in business and translation for nearly 8 years. I’ve experienced in translation of finance/ banking, accounting/ auditing, import/ export, logistics and business in general. Over the years, I also handled translation in specific fields, including education/ training, medical/ health care, prepress/ printing or technical manuals, as well as general documents.

This document describes the functional features of an online banking system that the Bank wishes to deploy. The features described in this document are used for the basic banking operations that the bank wants to deploy for the moment. These features are not all the ones that can be provided. The bidder may describe other services that the offered solution can cover, in a way most beneficial to the bidder.

Students who suffer from either circumstances, including chronic disease, birth defect, disability or under medical treatment, are exempted from some of the mentioned subjects. Accordingly, students of secondary and junior high schools, and schools of multi educational levels are free from Gymnastics, those of junior high schools are exempted from Music and Arts, and students of secondary schools are excused from practice of National Defense and Security Education;
Required documents for approval of such exemption: application form, medical profile or certificate of disability issued by a hospital from district level or higher.
