Currently hired to work with High School students through a federal program to help them succeed in high school and help them graduate and enter college.

Experience & Qualifications

Currently work at the local high school through the Gear Up Program (provided by the Department of Education) to help students who are economically disadvantaged, or struggling through school. My job is to monitor those who are involved in the program and follow them along to be sure they graduate High School with the help of parental and teacher involvement. I help to tutor students in their comprehensive and writing skills in the History/Social Studies areas as well as provide them information on state exams to enter college and provide motivation to help encourage them to stay in school.
