I started my culinary career by watching my grandmother and other relatives in the kitchen. I have cooked for my daughter's their entire lives. My girls are now 22 and 18. .

I have formal cooking experience from a culinary school and various cooking classes. My kitchen experience, I have worked for several restaurants. I currently own a catering company. I can send you a link with picture of some of my cooking. The type of food I cook is everyday food the kind you grew-up on. Meatloaf & mash potatoes,you get the picture. I also prepare Louisiana type food, gumbo, fried turkeys. Please do not try to learn from online video, utube and the like. Most of these cooks are not serious.
