I'm a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist that treats all age groups. I believe my art has been forced by insurance companies to become at times overly biologically oriented leading to overuse of diagnoses such as ADHD and Bipolar. I do prescribe medications for patients but do my best to temper risk, benefit, and alternative considerations based on each individuals presentation. Medications can be very useful in treatment, but understanding BENEFITS and RISKS is vital to providing and receiving quality treatment.
