Stressors that may trigger eating unhealthy foods are inevitable, but you can learn the behaviors to not allow them to interfere with your weight loss efforts. From both my Bachelor’s degree in psychology and my 5 years experience working as a Behavioral Therapist, I know how to modify the behaviors needed to make this the last “Monday Start Diet” for you. Every step of the way in your weight loss journey I will be your guardian angel to help guide you in the right direction to make the life style changes that are best for your individual needs. In addition to my educational qualification, my personal experience stands out from the rest.
I understand the struggles with losing weight you may be going through. I once felt helpless and hopeless about meeting my goals of weight loss and health a reality. For the last five years every birthday or holiday when I was asked what I wanted as a gift, my body had the same reaction: my heart would instantly feel swollen, a lump would come to my throat and I would feel sad. Why in the world would I feel so sad over someone asking such a nice question as to, “What would I like as a gift”? It was because the one gift I truly wanted was for me to be able to lose a great deal of weight and to be thin again. However I knew this kind of gift was one I could not buy or have given to me from anyone. In order for me to receive a gift of this magnitude, I needed to dig deep into the depths of my soul to find the strength to make myself resurface. I know what it was like to be over whelmed at thinking I had over 100 pounds to lose, but I had discovered after years of experience what works. I will inspire that fire in you to meet your weight loss goals and soon, you too will feel the sweetness of weight loss success.
