Three years of experience in coaching women with life style issues that have led to weight gain and am considered to be very intuitive in getting to core issues. I have had training in learning how to listen and stay focused on what the client is saying. I offer solutions to help the client solve her own problems by using affirmations and making lifestyle and nutritional changes. I have had over 18 years of sales experience, 16 years as an Esthetician and 5 years in the Health Food Industry. People open up to me because I am empathetic and a non-judgemental listener and when appropriate, offer advice freely.
