My first degree in 1986 was as a Speech and Hearing Therapist (B.A Sp & H Therapy)Wits. In 1997 I became a Certified Mentor of the More to Life courses - The Power of Purpose and The Power of Self Esteem. I then studied Viktor Frankl's meaning-centered therapy and qualified as a Logotherapist in 2005 ( Diplomate Clinician in Logotherapy, Unisa). I became a Certified More to Life Coach in 2008.

Each of us is challenged daily to live fully and passionately and become the people we are capable of being. But very often we do not search out and define our own unique purposes for our lives. Professional coaching allows us to connect with our vision and to create our lives as we want them to be. It allows us to awaken to our habitual behaviour patterns which get in our way, take a stand on the truth of who we are and make choices that honor the best in us. Coaching helps us fulfill ourselves in the most meaningful way, contributing to the world in the way only we as unique individuals can. By answering the call from life, we become who we were destined to be.

Experience & Qualifications

I worked for 10 years as a speech therapist, running 2 successful private practices. In 1996 I took the More to Life weekend training in personal mastery which was radically life transforming for me. In 1997 I became a certified mentor of the More to Life courses The Power of Purpose and The Power of Self Esteem, and have been facilitating these courses highly successfully over the past 11 years. I am a trained personal mastery facilitator with the More to Life Program. I am passionate about helping people access their innate self worth and esteem and live from this space. I began to study Viktor Frankl's revolutionary meaning-centered psychotherapy in 2003 and qualified as a Logotherapist in 2005. I trained the advanced students in Logotherapy at Unisa until 2008. Helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives, in their challenges and in their suffering is a calling for me. I now coach people individually as well as designing and running corporate workshops in stress management and personal motivation. As a rabbi's wife I have years of experience in counseling people and helping them connect with their spiritual core and answer life's call with courage and trust. I believe in the innate goodness within each one of us, and my coaching works to connect people powerfully with their inner core and live magnificently. My love and belief in people comes through in all my coaching and my coachees have experienced remarkable shifts in their lives.
