Quite simply, I love to help out those with automotive troubles. Having been in the business for well over a decade, I strive hard to make the customer happy and I put a premium emphasis on safety and doing things correctly. There is little more gratifying to me than saving a customer a bundle on repairs that aren't necessary. I'll happily provide answers to all of your maintenance and repair questions. If I can't, I have plenty of industry connections that I can use to help me assist you. Due to the nature of the problems encountered, and the time that can sometimes be needed, Email inquiries are preferred as they can allow me the opportunity to refer to my resources on the particular issue and take whatever time necessary to devote to your automotive concerns.

Besides being a trained and Master Certified Parts Counterperson through Ford's Fordstar training program, I have also served in the capacities of customer service, repair, diagnosis and parts assistance, as well as the repair of vehicles owned by virtually everyone I know or am related to!
