Projects: BluePages, W3 Search and CVS/CSS project for IBM-US (IBM-Brazil);
Purpose: Bluepages is database profile systems that allow all IBM members around of world to be tracked by their profile skill and competence, made over Websphere, MQseries, LDAP, DB2, OmniFind Enterprise Search and J2EE environment. W3 Search and CVS/CSS are internet search application that allow IBMrs to do search all they need into IBM intranet and ww search, it is based on WebSphere Omnfind Enterprise Search Application, Websphere App Server/Portal and Apache Lucene;
Activities: (IT Specialist/Java Developer)
• Requirement Analysis, Specification of the use cases (UC) for integration process,
• Design of software architecture, class diagrams (IDD – Internal Designer Document),
• Using the normalization notation to design the Entity Relationship Model (ERM),
• Write the code for all requirements with Java, JSP, Struts2, Spring and JPA.
• Based on our Test Plan Template, we build the Test Case for each functionality and proceed all tests and corrections,
• All system must implement the IBM Ldap API (J2EE based) for user validation and authentication on LDAP ED Server and Single-Sign-On.
• Integration process to perform data update process by using MQ Series, LDAP ED and DB2 used by Bluepages V8;
• Search engine integrated with WebSphere OmniFind Application and Lucene;
• Elaboration, design and code of the Reports request by IBM managers Integrated with the system by Report Server,
• Using Java Servlets to create all kind of output (HTML, PDF, CSV, XLS and XML),
• Finish all tasks above, we build the EAR, SQL scripts with DB2 customization and deploy on CDT/Stage/Prod servers and CDT/Stage/Prod DB2 Server.
• Administrator and integrator of the Websphere Omnfind Search and Lucene.
• Build all backend for Lucene and Omnfind such as crawlerbuilder, indexbuilder, attachment extraction, application integration to collect all data to crawler, index and search. All with pure Java.
