I have written and edited web content since the dawn of the Internet.My work as a writing coach with early web pioneers Prodigy and GEnie led to ten years with America Online where I wrote nearly 2,000 pieces of content and four books and helped create AOL's online campus, teaching more than 4000 students to write in ongoing online virtual classes.

I have written in excess of 1,000 magazine articles,and nearly 2,000 pieces of content and four published books. I was a pioneer in elearning and social media.
On the internet since 1989, I am a trained researcher, proofreader (all three major style guides), editor and public speaker.
As a twenty-year veteran telecommuter, I provided encapsulated research on HR best practices to Fortune 500 companies as a Knowledge Center Manager for the Seattle-based Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp).
I also served as a speaker at 25 writers conventions, seminars and training sessions.
Before I began my internet writing career in 1990, I was a respected broadcast journalist for CBS Radio News in Florida, covering everything from politics to zoology.
