Well, like I said above, 17 years in the junk food business! :o) I have my own business called Executive Sweets. I also like to cook. All of my experiences in this field have been self taught. All of my learning has come from looking at cake books and trial & error (Which have not been too many errors for as many years!) I have, however, taught cake decorating classes. After 17 years, I consider myself as a professional cake decorator/cany maker. I better be good at it by now, right?
I live in a high altitude area, so questions about cooking/baking in high altitude are welcomed! I am also able to provide you with information as to where in the USA to purchase baking and decorating tools, equipment and ingred.
