• Responsible for managing IP telephony service, i.e. Cisco call manager 6.0 and ASC power play for call recording purposes.

• Managing layer 2 and 3 Cisco switches which includes 4500, 3560 and 2960 series switches

• Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining organization network (LAN) and computer security policies.

• Responsible for the day–to–day maintenance of organization’s operating systems, including backup and recovery, and performing software upgrades.

• Managing CCTV system using Netavis application which is Linux based and Milestone MS windows based, also configuring & managing IP based and analogue cameras, which include Axis server for video conversion and camera models PanasonicNP240,241,244,FDW7,NP202 and CW964.

• Monitoring and controlling of Building Management system (BMS) with Siemens software DESIGO INSIGTH, having automatic control of HVAC which include chillers, Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Packaging Unit (PACU), Air handling units (AHU),i.e. Differential Pressure switch for air filters QBM81-3, DPS QBM81-10 for supply air fan, QFM 2120 for Duct temperature sensor, 2way Actuator valve. Also PXM20 is used for inspection of Digital gathering panel (DGP), trouble shooting and replacing of defective devices.

• Managing SIPORT and Sipass software of Siemens Corporation for Access control system (ACS), ACX 4000/4800 Door control unit with cards door's lock i.e. KDA, KDM and KDR.

• Monitoring and managing Public address system (PAS),we use VX-2000 Application software.
