Over the last 3 years, I am managing IP-MPLS Network which has more than 1600 CISCO devices. Currently I am managing this wide network from Network Operation Center (Tyre-1) and before I was in field and physically dealing with O&M issues.
I did bachelor in Computer Science, 3- years’ technical diploma in Computer Science and pass my CCNA certification in 2003.
I also have some experience in following areas: System/ Network maintenance, VPN and LAN/ WAN troubleshooting.

Experience & Qualifications

I am part of team leaders group in STC Network Operation Center. We are managing all CISCO devices with in the MPLS network.
As a part of NOC we have to troubleshoot issues related to CISCO nodes and POS links, configuration issues, corporate customers VPN links, access services and Multicasting issue. In addition we have to coordinate with different groups, field staff and customers to solve these issues.
