I am 34 yrs. old presently. I grew up very heavy, was anorexic in college, bulimic after that, & after battling severe depression, became severely obese (350 lbs). After years of failed treatments, plans, facilities, hospitalizations, pills, diets, etc., & finally found peace & a way out. It's all about re-thinking your life, & learning who you really are & what you are worth, as well as dealing with the physical issues concerning food & what eating disorders do to your body. I will listen, share my own experiences, coach, even meet in person if location allows. I will see you through!
