I have over 20 years of business accomplishments including 10 years in management consulting. During my consulting career I have worked for a top tier consulting firm and have advised clients globally on issues including: productivity and process improvement, efficient resource allocation, financial and performance measurement, cost and profitability measurement and strategic sourcing and procurement. I have also worked as the director of financial planning for a major financial institution where I served as a strategic advisor to business unit managers on new business and product ventures, product pricing and compensation issues. My business experience also extends to small business where I founded a business services firm and served as its chief operating officer. After managing all aspects of the business for over five years I successfully negotiated and executed the sale of the business.
