I am a professional personal fitness trainer. I have extensive experience working with men, women and groups who are looking to live a healthier lifestyle. My educational background in psychology coupled with my experience with fitness training allows me to help clients to move beyond the mental barriers that so often are present when lacking the motivation to begin or continue a fitness routine. I challenge you to look at fitness as health and look forward to sharing with you how making simple chages in your day to day life (no gym required) can increase not only your self-confidence but allow you to live a healthier lifestyle.

Experience & Qualifications

As a personal fitness trainer I have worked with men and women of all ages with many different needs. From an early age leading an active lifestyle is something I was passionite about. Being a participant in many orginaized sports as a youth and focusing on football through high school and college has afforded me the opportunity to learn from some of the best and brightest in the world of cardio and strength training. It has also contributed to my current ability to work with individuals who may have varying degrees of physical limitations, ranging from excessive weight, to previous injury. My college years focused on the studies of psychology and philosophy and this understanding coupled with my knowledge and passion for athletics has given me a deeper understanding of the mind body connection. It's time to put my expertise to work for you!
