He said that he can do the assignment and after the deadline he sent a message saying that he is sorry because he couldn't do the work ..
I accept his apology but I won't ask him to do any work for me in the future ..
I will give 3 stars as the assignment was difficult and I wasn't sure about you so I ask somebody else to do the work and he managed to do it .

He has good knowledge. my project was about RF Microwave & Amplifier design using ADS software, and He finished the report within deadline. I asked him for more work and he done it quickly. He is really helpful and I recommend him.
