BPO and Value Added Resellers

LivePerson partners with VARs that bundle LivePerson into their solution that they take to market and with BPO and Contact Center Partners who develop, sell and support fully outsourced solutions that leverage LivePerson solutions. These solutions can extend LivePerson technology into new areas through the addition of industry specific functionality to provide targeted solutions or specific market segment. Each BPO Partner has assigned Channel Sales Manager who has the responsibility of the mutual success of the partnership.

The ideal partner organization should have:

  • Clearly defined outsourced or white-label solution with complementary sales and support strategy in place

Program Requirements:

  • Joint Business Plan & QBRs with scheduled forecast calls  
  • Achievement of Jointly Set Annual Revenue objective
  • Within 90 days train at least 1 sales and 1 technical resource on LivePerson 
  • Include LivePerson in at least 1 partner GTM Solution
  • Dedicated COE for the partner solution 
  • Appointed Alliance Manager to ensure mutual success
  • Appointed Executive Sponsor
