  • Please share with us the reason for your rating. Your feedback is important to us.
  • Was the agent able to answer all your questions? Yes/No
  • Did the chat session increase your likelihood to purchase with us? Yes/No/Just purchased
  • Was your issue resolved as a result of this chat? Yes/No/Will try suggestion
