What to expect
Digital engagement is a mutually beneficial arrangement for brands and consumers alike. During the AMA live event, Christian and I will spotlight the tangible results brands can achieve by employing live engagement, as well as the benefits to consumers.
A little preview: the Return on Engagement (ROE) drivers from a sales perspective includes incremental sales, increased average order value (AOV) and lower costs. On the customer service side, digital engagement can reduce overall costs, accelerate contact resolution, and increase the chances of telephone and email deflection.
Most importantly, from the consumer perspective, 1:1, message-based customer service is convenient and more natural today. Think of it this way: Is it easier to make a call or send a quick message?
The webinar will also feature actionable takeaways and next steps on how to implement or upgrade your own digital strategy.
Expect to learn:
Four critical components of a successful digital engagement strategy.
Tips to prioritize engagements that can boost conversions.
How predictive intelligence targeting can help you connect with buyer’s at key decision points.
Strategies for optimizing operational structures and technologies for cost savings.
All attendees will receive access to the full event SlideShare presentation following the live webinar on Feb. 3. All registrants will also be given access to LivePerson’s Best Practices for Digital Engagement white paper.
LivePerson’s social media manager, Terra Mrkulic (@TerraIncognita), will be tweeting live from the @LivePerson Twitter handle during the event. Follow us on Twitter and use the hashtag #connect2convert to join the conversation.
