Barry Lamm is the director of the Center of Excellence at LivePerson. Barry combines his last 12 years of experience in online engagement at LivePerson with seven years in contact center operations and management to marry these two worlds into a cohesive whole. At LivePerson, Barry has served as director of both the account management and training teams and currently serves as director of the Center of Excellence, the organization designing standards, practices, processes, and training for the LivePerson professional services group and the customers they serve. Prior to his time at LivePerson, Barry served as an assistant operations manager with APAC Customer Services, Inc., one of the world's largest providers of outsourced contact center services.
