John Sabino
Chief Executive Officer
Connect with JohnJohn Sabino is a seasoned executive leader in the enterprise software industry. His career has focused on AI-driven customer engagement, large-scale digital operations, and applying new technology to redefine core go-to-market and operational capabilities for some of the largest and most respected companies in the technology industry. He has helped global brands modernize their technology stacks to unlock the power of evolving technologies to improve customer engagement and run enterprise operations more efficiently with AI, while ensuring AI is deployed safely to drive measurable business outcomes. John is recognized for building high-performing organizations, simplifying and scaling complex operations, and leading companies through periods of transformation with a focus on execution, customer value, and operational discipline.
Since becoming LivePerson’s CEO in January 2024, John has led the company through a critical transformation, strengthening platform reliability, sharpening product focus, and stabilizing financial performance. Under his leadership, he’s driven LivePerson’s effort to connect channels, systems, and data to deliver AI-powered customer and agent experiences, while advancing the company’s evolution towards an enterprise-grade AI assurance platform that delivers predictable, governed outcomes.
Before LivePerson, John led major customer and go-to-market organizations in enterprise tech. As Chief Customer Officer at Splunk, he drove the company’s SaaS cloud transformation and commercial success across sales, renewals, and customer operations while managing over $3B in revenue. At VMware, he led an 8,500-person global organization serving more than 350,000 customers, driving $1.3B of revenue in professional services and cloud renewals for the company. Earlier, as Chief Operating Officer at GE Digital, he helped build the commercial business from the ground up, pioneering the use of data, machine learning, and digital modeling across GE’s Industrial Internet initiatives.
John served as a captain in the U.S. Army and later held executive roles at GE Capital and NBCUniversal. He holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BS from West Point.

John Collins
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Connect with JohnJohn Collins has served as CFO of LivePerson since March 2020 and was appointed Interim CEO in August 2023. Following the appointment of a new permanent CEO in January 2024, John took on an expanded role as COO and CFO. Drawing on his experience as a founder, data scientist, and institutional investor, John brings a modern vision and skillset to his work. As CFO, he has played a critical role in driving LivePerson’s corporate strategy and business development efforts, including executing M&A, divestiture, and capital markets transactions.
John previously led the development of automations and machine learning to support strategic decision-making and predictive analytics as LivePerson’s SVP of Quantitative Strategy.
Prior to LivePerson, he pioneered approaches for transforming third-party data exhaust into investment signals as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Thasos. John also served as Portfolio Manager for a systematic equities strategy at an NYC-based hedge fund. His previous financial services experience includes executing leveraged finance transactions at Credit Suisse and building automated equity surveillance systems to detect suspicious trading activity at the New York Stock Exchange.
John holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a BS from the University of Central Florida.

Barbara Dawson
Chief People Officer
Connect with BarbaraBarbara Dawson serves as Chief People Officer at LivePerson, bringing over two decades of strategic human resources experience in leadership roles and across HR functions at companies such as Splunk, Adobe, and Lacework. Barbara is passionate about making a positive impact on people and teams, with a track record of fostering talent, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success. At LivePerson, Barbara oversees all People Team functions across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, Talent Development, and Total Rewards.

Monica Greenberg
Chief Legal & Administrative Officer
Connect with MonicaMonica leads LivePerson’s global legal and administrative functions, including board and corporate governance, AI trust & transformation, commercial and strategic transactions, IP, litigation, human capital, corporate insurance and policy matters. She oversees the company’s data privacy and responsible AI policies, and serves as executive sponsor to LivePerson’s employee-led council for culture & belonging. Prior to joining LivePerson, Monica served as VP, general counsel of Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech recognition and call center automation software (now a division of Microsoft). Previously, Monica was associated with the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, NY.
Monica holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston University School of Law.

Kevin Meeks
Field President, Chief Revenue & Customer Officer
Connect with KevinKevin Meeks is an accomplished customer experience leader with a track record of driving industry-best gross retention rates. He oversees the global Field Organization, responsible for driving the Company’s Go-to-Market strategy and helping customer brands fully realize the value of their investments in LivePerson’s award-winning platform for digital customer conversations.
Over the past two decades, Meeks has led winning customer-centric organizations at high-growth companies, including building and scaling both pre-sales and customer success teams. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Customer Success at VMware, where he led a 1,400-person global success organization. During Meek’s tenure, VMware achieved annual recurring revenue of over $4 billion and double digit improvement in gross retention rates.
Prior to VMware, Meeks led customer success, experience, and renewals organizations in roles including Vice President, Customer Success at DocuSign, Chief Customer Officer at Apptio, and Vice President, Global Customer Success and Renewals at Splunk, where he drove double-digit improvement in both net and gross retention rates. He has also served as a consultant to chief customer officers and leadership teams at the world’s top enterprises — working hand-in-hand with them to develop highly effective customer experience roadmaps — including as a member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Gainsight, the world’s leading customer success platform.

Christopher Mina
Chief Technology & Product Officer
Connect with ChrisChris leads LivePersons’s product, engineering, and AI organization, guiding the company’s product strategy and operational excellence. With an extensive background leading global enterprise brands through technical and product transformations at scale in the SaaS, CCaaS, and Conversational AI, Chris is uniquely qualified to drive LivePerson’s technology forward and deliver high-quality, reliable, and trusted enterprise software for LivePerson’s customers.
Chris comes to LivePerson from Vonage, where he guided product, business strategy, and execution for the Global Apps business, which included UCaaS, CCaaS, and Conversational AI. Before that, Mina was Head of Voice and VP of Product and Engineering at LivePerson where he led LivePerson’s voice initiatives, including the acquisition of Tenfold, Voicebase, AI Foundation, and delivered Voice AI. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at RingCentral and several startups.
Chris is based in Saratoga Springs, NY, and earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Lehigh University.
