For example, he expanded the customer-facing generative AI offerings by 1,000% at LivePerson since the initial launch, including global locations. He helped the company pivot rapidly following the launch of ChatGPT to craft the marquee generative AI offering, aiStudio, at LivePerson. In previous roles at Interactions LLS, Ethan established a configurable and scalable decision-making infrastructure to support the rapid construction and the changes to the conversational AI offering and delivered the experience for a leading software security company, increasing the containment rate from 2% to 25%.
