Foundations Customer Success Offering

The Foundations Customer Success Offering is an offering that Partners are able to sell to their clients who would benefit from ongoing services and support in order to maintain the success and growth of their LivePerson program.

Partners may sell this offering to their end customers and deliver it via one of three models:

  • Delivery by LivePerson
  • Delivery by the Partner itself
  • Delivery via another Accredited Partner

 

Foundations Customer Success Offering Deliverables

  • One time annual Account Plan and Business Review:
    • Conducted at beginning of engagement
    • Set goals and KPI’s for the year

  • Monthly Remote Program Review Meeting:
    • Review engagement performance & recommendations
    • Review operational performance and recommendations
    • Release and change management awareness
    • Recommendations for new campaigns, promos, new initiatives & business needs
    • Planning for quarterly readout and alignment on optimization focus for next month

  • Monthly Optimization Activity (one per month):
    • Content review and refresh
    • Creation and delivery of Targeting & Engagement Analysis tool
    • Creation and delivery of Operations Analysis tool
    • Coaching on reporting
    • Product roadmap review, opportunity identification and upgrade planning

  • Monthly follow up activities as required:
    • Consultation emails/calls
    • Minor changes to account setup/content
    • Training guidance
