Survey reveals travelers eager for messaging when booking post-pandemic travel
Two thousand Americans participated in a post-pandemic travel survey, sharing the ways they’d like to interact with brands when booking flights, hotels, and other reservations. Messaging options — including SMS, WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, Facebook Messenger, and brand websites and apps — are viewed as a convenient, preferred method for travelers of all ages to engage with their favorite travel brands.
