It Takes a Village: Aspire 2014 Update

Plans for Aspire 2014 on October 8 in NYC continue to come together and I’m excited to share the agenda and speakers. Previous Aspire conferences have always been a little unusual -- we pride ourselves in making connection the heart of every LivePerson event. No detail is overlooked, from how our speakers engage the audience, to how the room is designed. Aspire attendees are given a unique path to connect not just with each other, but with LivePerson employees, making the event one of the most valuable you’ll attend all year. And of course this year’s event will follow the same recipe for success.

The Aspire agenda contains four areas of content, each diving into key elements that together make up a complete digital engagement program. Talks, sessions, and “domes” dedicated to each content area will be hosted in a “Village” in the Aspire venue. The four Villages are: Brand Village, Hero Village, Consumer Village and LiveEngage Village. Sound intriguing? It should, after all we have a Broadway production team helping us run this year’s event.

  • Brand Village: Featuring sessions that focus on “Transforming your Business for the New Digital Customer.” Thought leaders from global brands across all industries will host compelling panel discussions around the challenges and opportunities in transforming their business strategies, people, and processes to thrive in the new digital era. We will feature a series of customer panels highlighting many of our top customers including Cisco, Time Warner Cable, Toys"R"Us, Inc., Inkkas, Backcountry and many more.
     
  • Consumer Village: We've invited researchers to “Unmask the Digital Consumer,” and dive deep into first-hand consumer research that will reveal what today’s digital journeys look like from the consumer’s POV, and where their most common and critical pain points lie in those journeys.
     
  • Hero Village: Let’s celebrate the front lines of your customer engagement program—your chat agents—in Hero Village. Session topics include, “Strategies for Building High Performing Chat Teams,” as well as spotlighting actual agents who've achieved exceptional results for the brands they represent.
     
  • LiveEngage Village: Take advantage of the opportunity to engage with LivePerson experts to discuss best practices in digital engagement.  Get a glimpse into exciting new features to help you execute your business objectives with excellence.
