All Harry wants for Christmas is to finally get off hold.

If you haven’t met Harry, he’s our old pal who’s been stuck on hold for 16 years. In 1999, he called customer service to change his password. Big mistake! Since they put him on hold, he’s already crashed the Call Center Convention in Vegas trying to get answers, and cheered on his Mets hoping at least one of them could take their dreams off hold. (Spoiler: They’re all still waiting.)

So, Harry came to New York City looking for his own Miracle on 34th Street. For those of you who don’t know New York over the holidays, it is a magical time. The air is buzzing with joyful energy, there’s a skip in everyone’s steps, and the entire city is decked out with holiday cheer. Every window is decorated; the lights are all strung up...but poor Harry couldn’t enjoy any of it. He was stuck with ’90s on-hold music in his ear — while he’d rather be taking in the sights and singing Christmas carols.

Harry visited Santa at Macy’s famed Santaland with just one thing on his wish list: getting off hold. File brands under “naughty” for keeping him waiting.

Lucky for Harry, he’s on our “nice” list. And we want to make sure 2016 is the year he finally gets off hold. Santa or not, LivePerson will give Harry the Christmas miracle he deserves, not via a letter to St. Nick, but through a messaging solution that saves time (and sanity).

Take part in the holiday miracle at Hold No More.
