Beau-coup leveraged the LivePerson live chat solution to improve the quality of chats, increase customer satisfaction scores, and reach out to customers more reliably. Beau-coup’s previous chat solution dropped chats, was unreliable, and did not have a proactive technology built into the software to reach out to potential customers.
To address this, Beau-coup enlisted LivePerson’s Chat Premier with ADE. As a result, the company's CSAT score improved to 86%. Beau-coup also managed to double the overall number of chats. The ADE has also helped to increase the overall quality of chats which has aided in increasing sales. Most of all though, Beau-coup now has a chat solution in LivePerson that doesn't drop potential customer chats.
